According to independent testing our algorithm accurately predicts tempo 78% of the time. This is slightly lower than the two-pass algorithm in the desktop version.
Since the capabilities of the web application are limited, we use a simplified version of our desktop tempo analyzer. This allowed us to achieve a very high detection rate.
